Return Policy

At Habits affär, we value our customers and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we want to make that process as easy as possible.

Our general return policy is as follows:

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
3. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed or altered in any way.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.
6. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and processed.
7. For exchanges, please contact our customer service team to ensure availability of the desired item.
8. There is a $5.00 restocking fee on returns which will be deducted from refund amount.
9. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that our return policy applies to online purchases only. In-store purchases may have a different return policy.
